Actually, I don't know how common it is to you, but I often hear people describe others as "so" - insert nationality. Which supports what Davy's saying.

Not common at all as I haven’t heard it.
But again, it wasn’t just that, it was then the whole bazaar thing. Taken in combination, the whole thing feels very off to me.
