The way you describe it is exactly like myself but you are 2 months ahead of me.
Did my first weekly shop since starting the app. Surprisingly cheap to be honest, thankfully my housemate is up for eating healthier too (despite being skinny) so is happy to carry on cooking with me and sharing food.
Gonna make a veggie chilli tonight, he is on Diwali so can't eat meat apparently.
I had salad and fruit for lunch, surprisingly filling. We still haven't done a food shop yet so no proper food in. I haaaate not having nice fresh food in.
Veggie chilli was amaze. Didnt miss the meat at all.
There is loads left too so gonna freeze it and haveit later in the week with some homemade wedges.

Can of chilli beans
Can of chopped toms
1/3 can of chipotle peppers in ari-summin sauce
2 red onions
1 red pepper
Cumin
Paprika
Cayenne
Cinnamon (massively important)
4 cloves of garlic
Brown onions.
Dump in the rest then slowly cook down for 30 mins always stirring. Aadd water when needed.

Ahem. Had my first session today in the brand new "London's biggest functional dedicated gym", or whatever they're calling it. Felt like I could keep going, the pre workout protein milkshake probably helped. Alas, one has to come home to one's family at a reasonably time. Did upper body, gonna do lower body on Thursday.
Had one of those Belvita brek biscuits with milk before leaving for work. Snacked on small amount of seeds and dried fruit. Asian tuna and noodles from Tossed for lunch. Shake before workout, banana and protein flapjack immediately after. Grilled chicken and veg for dinner. I think I did ok! Hope I can keep it up.
