Sydow - I'm putting money on extensive flashbacks in the next one or a door left open for a possible side/prequel.I_R wrote:GoT has soured me on secret children, hope they're not doing any more here. What was Max Von Sydow doing there - just a cameo or is he the secretly very important or a prequel opportunity.

Yeah. A few have mentioned they thought it touching when leia and rey hugged, but i didn't like chewie and leia not having a moment...they walk right past each other and don't even look.bad_hair_day wrote:Did it seem to anyone else it was odd that Chewie didn't even approach Leia to share some mutual grief?
Pretty sure it is, you can see his big chunky hand...hylian_elf wrote:pantyfire wrote:I think the guy holding young Rey was the junk shop pawn shoppe food guy.

Matt_82 wrote:Crazy theory agogo: I was playing through KOTOR before this came out and noticed something in the film. I see someone on Reddit has thought the same thing. When Rey was having flashbacks and mastering force stuff before she'd had any training, it was very similar to the situation in KOTOR where a previously fully trained Sith master had his mind wiped by the Jedi. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out that Rey has already been trained by Luke, explaining why she can do so much stuff so quickly. Maybe her mind was wiped and she was put into hiding to keep her safe from Snoke.
