Enter the Matrix on Xbox was poor. I watched some pre-rendered video and assumed it was gameplay.
And American McGee's Scrapland was rubbish as well. -

BioShock 2 would be much closer to my GOAT list than worst.
I'm pretty careful about which games I buy, don't end up with much shit. The demo of Two Worlds is the most wretched thing that springs to mind. Dragon Age was gash and I bought it full price, if only I'd gone for the PC version. -
Was that the one that came out at the GC launch? I rented it and it was utter dogshit - the Hoth section was going quite well until it decided you had to repeat the circling At-Ats thing fuck knows how many times - because remember in the films how that really exciting thing happened and then they repeated it 6 times just to make it really dull? The Hitman games before Blood Money were flawed to being almost unplayable. BM was great though.
