Just popped to the Epic Store to grab Edith Finch (which isn't available until tomorrow so SMB still is) and noticed they've got a message saying they'll be giving away a new game every two weeks. Two games a month for nothing seems like a damned good way to get people using your platform.
Don't forget - Edith Finch free on Epic at the moment. Next up, on 24th, is Jackbox - no idea what that's like. Anyway, at this rate I won't have to buy any games ever again. Although I might feel guilty and have to buy something off the Epic store.
Jackbox is a selection of party games you play on the TV by using your phones to login in to an instanced browser. Good if you’ve got a few friends and some drinks and you fancy something a bit snappier than Pictionary or Articulate etc
It's not much of a step up from a 555 but you can have it if you want. Has two vga outputs, no hdmi etc. I'd imagine it's standard all over Europe but I'll check.
It's worth noting that as Nvidia appears to be enabling support for Freesync monitors now (see previous page), it might be worth looking into one of those instead to save some pennies. Freesync monitors have typically been £150-£200 less than the equivalently specced Gsync monitors. As people start to test various monitors out there should be reports on Reddit and various forums for specific models.
Looking to upgrade myself. Have had a Dell Infinity display 24inch for the past year, shes been good. However, thinking about going Curved or Ultra Wide. Not really fused about 4K at the moment.
