Don't get me wrong, it's far from perfect.  Tonally it's all over the place, The Americans for 10 minutes, then The Ladies do Winter Soldier for the next 30 minutes, before switching to a kind of adorable sitcom, before descending into full on cookie cutter Marvel finale mode.
(How many more films can you end with variants of "big sky thing crashes whilst we fight on top of it".)
It has a couple of massive problems to solve - namely how do you tell an interesting story about a character we already know survives it, and how do you reveal the often alluded to history of horrific crimes whilst maintaining the audience's affection for the character?  It "solves" the first by making the film about another character entirely, and it solves the second by not really going there.  Which for me is the film's biggest problem.  Black Widow isn't really the star of Black Widow, and the most interesting bit about her past is still largely ignored.  (The only major incident we learn about, was done as part of her defection. We never see any of the assassinations she carried out as a Red Room operative.  Which leaves you wondering whether SHIELD might actually have been more evil than the Russians.)
Still, like I say, I actually enjoyed it quite a bit.
For starters I liked the family sitcom section. Florence Pugh is great, Harbour is clearly having fun divisively hamming it up and Johansson's... well, she's there too. 
The action struck me as having by far the crunchiest fight scenes to have happened in a Marvel movie (I winced a couple of times).  We know it's all going to be OK, but... Ow.  It's just a shame, as I say, that it devolves into the usual dumb CGI filled off the shelf nonsensical exploding base rubbish at the end. (Though at least even that was foreshadowed with the Moonraker references.)
So, yeah, it was fun.  Maybe I just really missed cinema, but it was perfect for the big screen.
I'm looking forward to more Pugh, even if the only thing to amuse me about the post credits scene was my daughter shouting "Yessss!  kill Hawkeye!"

What did we really want from a Black Widow movie? A fleshed-out origin. The story of exactly what ‘red in my ledger’ – what awful things she had done before defecting, and why. And, of course, the pleasure of Johansson’s charismatic company for a couple of hours.

He says he’s been called many names “a ruler, a conqueror, He Who Remains [this is what he’s listed as in the credits], a jerk.”

It would be a first to have an antagonist introduced in one MCU thing only to then show up in another, but it could happen here.

Kang has gone by many names.

So to possibly name the ones he mentioned:

Ruler - Rama-Tut

Conqueror - Kang (this is who will likely be in Ant-Man 3)

He Who Remains - Immortus

Jerk - Iron Lad (probably)

I feel like some of their ideas, when not just silly would be more interesting. I did think from the opening Bourne like stuff we were going to get something a bit more unique but in the end its all just flying fortresses

It's definitely a Kang statue in the version of the TVA he landed in, but I'm sure the guy they were talking to was Immortus. In the comics Kang gives up being a Conqueror, meets the Time Keepers, and works for them from Limbo, under the name Immortus.

Massive shrug to that ending. I liked that there was a finale that was all talk, but the talk has to go somewhere. Your deus ex machina has no clothes, Loki.
