Sheet 1: Has names (that then autogenerate on the following pages for different academic subjects) in column 1, then columns 2 & 3 are to show if they are Disadvantaged or Special Needs. A simple 1 = YES they are seems the easiest way to do this.
Two things I would like to do, but don't have a clue where to start:
For a cell to count up the number of YES there are Disadvantaged and YES they are SEN children to do a simple count.
Now, what I want is for on a different sheet (say, for science), to calculate the % of these children who have hit a particular grade (say, what % of Disadvantaged children have achieved an A).
Does that make sense? Any suggestions on how I might accomplish this?
